South Scarletts is a substantial residential project focused on reconfiguring and extending the existing home to create a more spacious and functional living environment.
The project involves significant enabling and structural alteration works, with the existing areas carefully stripped back in preparation for the new layout. Externally, excavation and ground preparation are underway to form the foundations of the new extension, while internal works are progressing to open up and transform the existing accommodation.
With construction now well underway, we’ll be documenting the project through each stage, from the early structural works through to the final finishes and completed transformation.
